What are capabilities?

Capabilities in Mindset are defined as pre-established, step-by-step action paths that agents follow to accomplish specific tasks. These tasks should be sequential, hierarchical and either very or somewhat deterministic.

For example, it can enables the agent to act like a consultant or coach, asking questions and gathering the right information to give real value to an end-user.

These sequences are designed to take the user experience from a simple Q&A chatbot experience to feel like a conversation with a real human, ensuring that agents follow a logical order to achieve specific outcomes or follow a methodology.
