How it works together

  • You build agents, orchestration workflows and grant tool or knowledge access for those agents in the no-code Agent Management Portal.
  • You embed UI chat components into your product so users can interact with agents with our SDK - or your application can trigger the chat UI via the SDK, so the chat UI is injected automatically into the specified location on the page.
  • You use our ingestion API to ingest your platform wide data or enable your customer tenants to ingest their own private content into their own tenant specific agent when they upload to your platform.
  • You decide when to call our APIs to create new agents, copy pre-made agents, assign knowledge access or retract knowledge/ agent access for your multi-tenant customers as needed.
