Agents

At Mindset, an Agent is an autonomous unit that can:

  • Perform specific tasks
  • Make decisions based on its role and goal
  • Use tools to accomplish objectives

Agents should be viewed as a subject matter expert. For example, a writer agent will be great at creating content whereas as a coaching agent will be best for helping people learn.

Mindset provides a simple no-code agent builder to make this process easy. Inside the agent builder, you can:

  • Configure an agent with simple form based switches
  • Test your agent and preview the experience
  • Add capabilities to agents, which are simple processes an agent can follow
